A wonderful steamy romantic story with a great and satisfying ending. For real suburban moms, frazzled and exhausted from looking after the kids, the fantasy of being far more desirable in that state than some skanky hawt supermodel dressed in barely nothing must surely strike some deeply satisfying chords. I loved Ella and Jack together. I don't believe that is true? I thought I could get through this book without tearing up. You made me cry with Ella's feelings for Luke. Jaimie I read this one first too - it made sense and even though it had some references to the other Travises, it wasn't confusing.

Readers who have read the other books will probably stragner seeing old friends. Clearly she needs to heal, and Jack helps her do it though it takes a near-tragedy for her to truly appreciate him. Now, I'm finally caught up in the series for the release of this book.
The reason can be summed up in a word: He's there to back up his words. The way she insulted Ella, and made moves on Jack was disgusting.

A Friday Harbor Novel. This story epitomizes romance. I respect your brains, and all those big words you like to use. What, in the end, put the ultimate seal of "satisfying" on this novel was a scene coming in the first half of the book when Ella comes back from grocery shopping, hot and bothered, dressed only in jeans and a cotton t-shirt with no make-up, pushing a fussing baby in a stroller with one hand and grappling with grocery bags in the other.
So far so good. I loved Ella and her unflinching sense of the right thing to do.

losa But Ella can't turn her back on the abandon baby. At the start of the novel Ella thinks she likes the beta man who is sensitive, loves his tofu, shares his feelings and hugs trees for a living. Jack just can't put a foot wrong.

Smooth Talking Stranger : Number 3 in series
Ella is certain of what the chid needs and also what she wants in life, but in 3 months alot can change The heroine also mostly feels like a paper cut-out.
Trust me, it's a perfect arrangement. How can you not love a baby, who looks up at you and knows only how to love and trust taalking
His actions show where his heart is. Once again, you've given me a great read, and hours of pleasure, but also a read that engaged me fully. All this begins with a search to locate the father and this lands her in the arms of Jack Travis, he is like Ice Cold water underneath the Texas scorching klyepas. Both women, especially the mother, are mentally abusive and too self absorbed to notice Ella unless they want something from her.
Ella has to learn how to take care of little Luke.

They tend to be a forgotten genre with all the Fifty-spin offs. This contrast speaks so clearly to our current politically divided nation too.
But I told him there's no srranger in crying over the Astros. Aug 13, Auntee rated it it was amazing Recommends it for: The creative way Jack proposed to Ella made my somoth go pitter patter and the HEA was the perfect ending to this book. Ella Varner is a woman who didn't expect to have such an abrupt change in her life. Review is also on: But on a deeper level, in the arena of the psyche.
Through all this Stranber is the rock, not responsible for the life of her sibling but she makes it her ownand comes in like super mom to feed and care for a baby. Now I'll go back and finish my other book. Kleypas to make me enjoy something I normally don't care about.
